What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we store the details you type into the form — your name, company, email address, phone number, website, budget range, goal, timescale and message — together with the page you submitted from, the referring website, any campaign parameters in the URL, your IP address and your browser user agent. We use those last items to spot spam and to understand which campaigns produce enquiries.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to prepare the saturation plan you asked for. That is our legitimate interest as a business responding to a direct request. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case we keep the records we need for the duration of the relationship and for six years afterwards for accounting purposes.
Cookies
This site sets a single session cookie so that the enquiry form can protect itself against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@saturate.uk and we will action it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
